Du lundi au vendredi, le papa de Bruno et Bianca va travailler dans la forêt. Les enfants, seuls à la maison, ne doivent ouvrir à personne. Un bibinocolendi poursuivi par un chasseur demande l'hospitalité. Ils peuvent lui ouvrir car c'est un animal, pas son poursuivant. Le lendemain, le bibino qui a le pouvoir de détecter les trésors, les entraîne dans la forêt. Ils échappent au loup, à la sorcière et au chasseur, mais chacun y trouve son compte.
